Pertama saya akan menjelaskan Cara update offline Eset NOD32 Anti-Virus/Smart Security V.3/V.4. Dengan update offline anda tidak memerlukan lagi Username dan Passwod yang valid. Untuk update terbarunya anda bisa download dari link yang saya berikan dibawah. Baiklah untuk caranya silakan anda lihat dibawah ini.

Pertama anda download updatenya terlebih dahulu dari link yang telah saya berikan, kemudian anda extract di Drive C dengan nama folder Update Nod32 (Sebenarnya anda dapat menyimpan dimana saja dengan nama apa saja).

Kemudian anda buka Eset-nya, klik F5 (Advanced Setup). Pilih Update, pilih edit pada Update Server. Biar lebih jelas silakan anda lihat gambar dibawah ini.

Kemudian masukan lokasi update yang telah anda extract tadi, contoh C:\Update Nod32. Klik Add lalu OK.

Pastikan pada kotak update server terisi dengan nama lokasi update anda. Klik OK.

Setelah semua selesai, kini anda dapat meng-update eset anda tanpa User Name dan Password yang valid.

Sedangkan untuk Update Online, Disini anda akan menggunakan Server Mirror untuk meng-update Eset anda. Caranya hampir sama dengan update offline, tetapi pada gambar dibawah ini anda masukan url dari server mirror, kemudian klik add, dan klik OK

Kemudian pada kotak Update Server pastikan yang terisi merupakan url dari server mirror.

Sekarang anda bisa meng-Update Eset secara online tanpa menggunakan Username dan Password.

Untuk Server mirror anda bisa pilih salah satu dari server yang saya berikan dibawah ini..

Please follow the detailed step-by-step instruction to clone disk as follows. Before that you may download and install a full version of this freeware and then follow us.
1. Launch the software and locate the "Clone Disk" in the main board or toolbar.

2. Select the disk that you want to clone. Here we choose Disk 1. Click "Next". (You will see the detailed layout of disk 1 at the bottom of the interface.)

3. Select a destination disk. Here we choose Disk 4, an unallocated disk. Click "Next". You must know that all data and programs on the destination disk will be overwritten during the disk clone process.

Tips:

1. If the source disk contains the system partition, please shut down the computer after clone.

If you want to boot from the destination disk, we recommend you to replace the source disk with the destination disk. You'd better disconnect the destination hard disk and boot from the source disk, or replace the source disk with the destination one to boot.

4. Boot LINUX version from CD-ROM with USB interface is not supported currently.
5. If you choose to clone a hidden partition, the cloned one is unhidden.
6. If the temporary file path is the disk that you want to clone to, sector-by-sector clone cannot be achieved until the path is changed to another disk in the Option menu.

Backup Restore Cloning With Norton Ghost

Cara menggunakan Norton Ghost di Windows
Gunakan Norton Ghost di Windows untuk melakukan hal-hal berikut :

• Backup Computer, baik dilakuan saat setelah installasi windows dan program-program yang kita butuhkan (masih fresh).
• Restore file image, saat windows error atau terkena virus. Sehingga kita tidak perlu melakukan installasi ulang windows yang lama dan membosankan.
• Clonning harddisk atau partisi ke harddisk lain atau partisi lain

Ini tidak dapat digunakan jika Windows tidak bisa booting, gunakan Ghost.exe lewat DOS untuk hal-hal berikut :

• Jika tidak dapat booting windows
• Clonning harddisk yang belum terinstall windows

Backup harddisk atau partition
Hasil dari backup harddisk atau partisi dapat langsung di burning ke CD/DVD atau disimpan sebagai file image (*.gho).

• Jalankan Norton Ghost dari start menu atau system tray

• Pada Ghost Basic Windows, click Backup, kemudian Next.
• Kemudian pilih disk atau partisi yang akan di backup. Disebelah kanan pilih Destination, File atau Recordable CD or DVD. Source pilih Disk1 > [C:] untuk detination Pilih File lalu click Next>.

• Klik Browse untuk mentukan letak dimana file image disimpan dan beri nama. Kemudian Klick Next>.

• Lewati Advanced Setting Klik Next>.
• Klik Run Now. Windows akan restart dan mejalankan proses backup

Restore Computer dari file image
Rertore menggunakan wizard di dalam Windows.Jika windows tidak dapat booting, harus memakai Ghost.exe lewat DOS untuk merestore harddisk atau partisi.

• Pada Ghost Basic Windows, Klick Restore, kemudian Next
• Di Restore Wizard windows, Klick Browse, buka file image yang akan direstore. Kemudian Klick Next> .
• Pada panel Source Image pilih partisi yang akan direstore. Di panel Destination pilih partisi tujuan. Kemudian klik Next>.

• Pada dialog box Overwrite partition warning. Beritanda pada Overwrite Windows kemudian Klik Next> .

• lewati Advanced Setting Klik Next>.
• Klik Run Now. Windows akan restart dan mejalankan proses restore

Clonning Harddisk atau partition
Clonning harddisk berguna untuk menginstall harddisk yang belum terinstall windows sehingga menghemat waktu. Terlebih dahulu pasang harddisk kedua sebagai slave atau pada secondary IDE. Kemudian nyalakan Computer dan masuk ke Windows.

• Pada Ghost Advanced windows, Klick Clone, kemudian Next>.
• Harddisk akan terdeteksi, kemudian tentukan source dan detination disk. Klik Next>.

• Lewati Advanced Setting Klik Next>.
• Klik Run Now. Windows akan restart dan mejalankan proses clonning.

Membuat Norton Ghost Boot Disk
Boot disk digunakan saat windows tidak bisa booting atau kita ingin merestore Image yang ada pada CD/DVD. untuk booting bisa digunakan CD ghost atau melalui disket.
Lankah-langkah membuat Norton Ghost Boot.
Cara1 :

• Pada Ghost Utilities windows, klick Norton Ghost Boot Wizard, kemudian Next>.
• Pilih CD/DVD Startup Disk with Ghost. Kemudian klik Next>.

• Klick Next >.
• Tinggal Next dan Next, kemudian akan meminta 2 buah disket ikuti perintahnya sampai selesai.

Cara2 :

• Buat startup disk lewat explorer. Buka explorer.
• klik kanan drive A: kemudian klik format.
• pilih create startup disk. Kemudian strat.
• setelah startup disk jadi, delete semua file yang ada di drive A:
• terakhir copy kan file Ghost.exe ke dalam drive A:

Menggunakan Norton Ghost lewat boot Disk
Langkah-langkah menggunakan Norton Boot Disk

• Booting Computer lewat CDROM atau disket
• Tampil Norton Ghost seperti dibawah

• Pilih Local > Disk >
  o To Disk : untuk clonning harddisk
  o To Image : untuk membackup harddisk menjadi file Image atau di burning ke CD/DVD
  o From Image : untuk merestore harddisk dari file image
• Pilih Local > Partition >
  o To Partition : untuk clonning partition
  o To Image : untuk membackup partition menjadi file image atau di burning ke CD/DVD
  o From Image : untuk merestore partition
• Misal merestore file image, pilih Local > Partition > From Image. Pilih file image gunakan TAB, kemudian clik open

• Tentukan source kemudian klik OK

• Tentukan Destination drive kemudian Klik OK

• Pilih destination partition kemudian klik OK

• Klik Yes untuk mengoveride windows

• tunggu sampai proses selesai kemudian restart komputer.

Tips dan Trik
Agar windows hasil clonning atau restore file image dapat berjalan dikomputer lain sebelum dibackup atau diclonning driver Bus Master IDE Controler di di windows harus diganti dengan yang Standart :

• buka device manager. Klik kanan My Computer > properties > klik tab Hardware > klik Device Manager.
• Double klik Bus Master IDE Controler.

• Klik TAB Driver > Upadate Driver
• Pilih install from a list . . . , klik Next
• Pilih Don’t search I will . . . , klik Next
• Ganti driver dengan Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controler, klik Next

Setelah driver IDE diganti baru diclonning atau di backup, sehingga hasil clonning atau backup dapat digunakan dicomputer lain yang beda motherboard

Here’s how to create a Windows XP, bootable, USB key. This is very useful especially persons using Netbook or in the case that your PC is not equipped with a DVD/CD player.

Creating your bootable USB key:

First of all, you will need:

• A USB key (capacity:1 or 2 GB;)
• A Windows XP CD ( official version )
• A PC with a CD player and a USB key

It will also require that:

• Your USB key is bootable;
• Your machine accepts the boot on your USB key (see in the BIOS);

Installing XP

• Step 1: Insert your Windows XP CD into the CD ROM drive and click Browse
